Wal-Mart has everything. From school supplies to food to lawn chairs to sports equipment, it’s all there. And not only does Wal-Mart have everything, but it’s all dirt cheap. Amazingly, they offer comparable prices to online retailers like Amazon, even though they have to purchase much more expensive sales space. What’s not to love about cheap and convenient?
Hate:
Wal-Mart has often been criticized for its cutthroat competitive tactics when pricing out small businesses and driving retailers out of business. They pay their employees basement-level salaries while squashing all attempts to unionize. Let’s just hope the 1.5+ million Wal-Mart employees aren’t voting here.
