Heart:
An enormous selection of books – at relatively cheap prices – which you can sit and read all day without paying a dime – all of which can be found every other block in a major city. That’s why I heart Barnes and Noble.
Hate:
Like Walmart or Starbuck’s, Barnes and Noble mostly got to power by crushing the competition, putting small companies out of business and growing an enormous conglomerate.
